Returns Policy

We offer a no hassle 30 day returns policy from the time of receipt. Items that are returned must be unworn, still in their original packaging and with their original tags attached.

UK Returns

We offer free returns from within the UK using Collect+. All you need do is:

  1. Fill in the returns form that came with your order.
  2. Package up the item (please reuse the original packaging!). 
  3. Head to and enter your email address and order number.
  4. Select which items you would like to return and why and click submit.
  5. You will then receive a return label from Collect+ which can be printed out at home or at your nearest Collect+ point.
  6. Drop your parcel off at whichever Collect+ point is nearest to you.

You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

If you want to use a different service at your own cost, we always recommend using a tracked and signed for service.

Returning Goods From Outside The UK?
When returning items from outside the UK please be sure to include 'RETURNED GOODS' prominently at the top of the returns address and declare as 'returned goods' to the courier/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by UK customs and from incurring additional charges. If your return does incur additional charges these will be deducted from the refund. At this time customers returning from outside the UK will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. What if my order was faulty or incorrect?
In the event that Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or you have received a faulty item, Trunk will provide return shipping, when and where possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Our stock is limited. To avoid disappointment we strongly advise that you place a second order should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour. However, if you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to so that we can reserve the requested item and advise on the returns procedure.

Sale items (if applicable)

Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.

Returns via FedEx

Please note that we cannot accept returns sent via Fedex at this time. Please use an alternative shipping method or contact us for help.
