Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Exchanges (if applicable) If you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can reserve the requested item and then follow the normal returns procedure.
Sale items (if applicable) Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.
How to Return
Shipping Your Returns To return your product, you should clearly mark your package as RETURNED GOODS and mail your product to Returned Goods, 34 Chiltern Street, London, W1U 7QH, United Kingdom You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or you have received a faulty item, Trunk will provide return shipping, when and where possible.
