We offer a free and easy-to-use Click and Collect service at our London shop. To use this service, simply select the "Pick Up In Store" option at checkout. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving confirmation that it is ready. Orders can be collected 7 days a week during store opening hours at 8 Chiltern Street, W1U 7QH. Orders should be collected within 7 days. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame, please notify us. Orders not collected within 7 days will be refunded.

Our shipping partner DHL may offer you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you.
