Custom at Trunk
Both our London and Zurich stores offer a range of custom services centred around our in-house made-to-measure and made-to-order programme, alongside a carefully curated selection of our favourite brands. Designed to be straightforward and efficient, the process begins with a discussion about the style of garment you're looking for, followed by the selection of a fabric, before finalising the details and taking measurements to create a garment tailored to your individual requirements.
How it works
Step 01
Appointment
Book a 50-minute appointment at our London or Zurich store.
Step 02
Styling
Together we choose the cloth, silhouette and details — lapel, lining, buttons, pockets and trouser finish.
Step 03
Measurements
A careful measurement session, kept on file for every future order.
Step 04
Fitting
Six to eight weeks later your garment returns from our workshop in Italy for a fitting.
Step 05
Adjustments
Your tailor makes the agreed refinements so the final garment sits exactly as it should.
Step 06
Collection
Collect in-store, or have the finished piece sent to you.
