Our Shipping Promise
Order before 2pm GMT for same day dispatch. Any orders made after this point will be dispatched on the next working day.

Climate Neutral Shipping

All of our international orders are shipping using DHL's GoGreen Climate Neutral Shipping option. This means that all transport-related emissions of carbon dioxide are calculated and then offset through external climate protection projects.

Import Duty & Tax Charges

When applicable, duties and taxes will be calculated and paid for in advance at the check-out so that you don't have to pay any additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are calculated for the following countries: all 27 EU countries, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, and the USA.

Important Information On Our Delivery Partner DHL

Our shipping partner, DHL, may offer you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you. Please note that if you choose to make any changes to your delivery (such as 'leave with neighbour' or 'signature release'), then Trunk and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. As such, we highly recommend shipping your order to a reliable address, such as your home, place of work or a trusted friend, and making sure the order is signed for.

Returns

Returning Goods From Outside The UK?

When returning items from outside the UK please be sure to include 'RETURNED GOODS' prominently at the top of the returns address and declare as 'Returned Goods' to the courier/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by UK customs and from incurring additional charges. If your return does incur additional charges these will be deducted from any applicable refund.

How To Return Your Order

At this time we offer assisted returns from the US, Europe and Switzerland. Customers that reside outside of these locations are responsible for their own shipping and should consider using a trackable shipping service. To start your return, please visit our returns portal.

Paid with Paypal? Use Paypal Returns!

PayPal offer to refund shipping costs for returns if you pay for your order with PayPal.

- You must have a PayPal account and have paid for your order with PayPal.
- Return your products via our courier service and keep the postage receipt which you will need to apply for your refund.
- Visit PayPal’s site to register your return and apply for a refund here.
- You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal once they have issued the refund.

The service can be used for up to 12 eligible PayPal purchases with a £15 limit each time and is available only to those who have paid for their order using Paypal.

What if my order was faulty or incorrect?

In the event that Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or you have received a faulty item, Trunk will provide return shipping, when and where possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. Your original shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Trunk. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our stock is limited. To avoid disappointment we strongly advise that you place a second order should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour. However, if you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to online@trunkclothiers.com so that we can reserve the requested item and advise on the returns procedure.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.
