Blüemlihalle
The most underrated thing to see is the Police Hall painted by Augusto Giacometti, known as the Blüemlihalle(or "Flower Hall" in English), located near the train station. It's probably the most beautiful police station in the world and was completed in 1925. It can be visited from Wednesday to Saturday afternoon — but watch out, you’ll need to show your passport!

The Kronenhalle Bar
The Kronenhalle Bar, designed by Robert and Trix Haussmann in 1965, is a classic. All the lamps are by Diego Giacometti, and Christian, the head bartender, can make you a mean martini.
