We hope you will enjoy your purchase from Trunk, however, if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags and original packaging. Trunk reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
UK Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, head to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason why and click submit. You will then receive a return label from Royal Mail which can be printed out at home or at your nearest Royal Mail location with a QR code.
UK returns are charged at £3.00 which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Your Order In-Store (London)You can return your order to our 8 Chiltern Street store in London. Just be sure to include your delivery note.
International Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, head to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason why and click submit. You will then receive a return label from UPS or DHL depending on your location.
Please note, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund.

How to Use Our Returns Portal1. Open the returns portal
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
4. Select if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit
6. If you choose store credit, the credit will be sent to you in the form of a gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0
7. Download the return label and print it out
8. Drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail, UPS or DHL service point
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Trunk and may only be refunded as a store credit.
