Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please place your order by 2pm on Thursday, December 21st.

Our Shipping Promise

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be shipped on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping is £5.95 with DHL Express or free over £50.

Our shipping partner DHL may offer you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you. Please note that if you choose to make any changes to your delivery (such as 'left in a safe place' or 'leave with a neighbour'), then Trunk cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. As such, we highly recommend shipping your order to a reliable address, such as your home or place of work or a trusted friend and making sure the order is always signed for.

Local Delivery (London)

We offer a free local delivery option for all addresses within a 0.5 mile radius of our London store. Orders will be delivered on the same day or the next business day if placed after 2pm GMT. If for some reason your order cannot be delivered using our local delivery method, it will be shipped with our usual next day courier service.

Pick Up In-Store (London)

We offer a free and easy to use click and collect service from our London shop. To use this service, simply select the Pick Up In Store option at checkout. You will then be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to collect your order before you have been notified. Orders can be collected 7 days a week during store opening hours from 8 Chiltern Street, W1U 7QH. Orders should be collected within 7 days. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame then please notify us. Orders that are not collected within 7 days will be automatically refunded. This service may not be available during busy periods such as our seasonal sales.

Returns 

Extended Christmas Returns
Items purchased between 13th November 2023 and 24th December 2023 can be returned until 12th January 2024.

Returns Policy

We hope you will enjoy your purchase from Trunk, however, if you change your mind, you can return any unwanted items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Return Costs

Returns are charged at £3.00 which will be deducted from your refund.

How To Return Your Order

To initiate a return or exchange, head to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you would like to return or exchange and the reason why and click submit. You will then receive a return label from Royal Mail which can be printed out at home or at your nearest Royal Mail location with a QR code.

If you would prefer to use a different service at your own cost, we always recommend using a tracked and signed for service.

How Long Will My Refund Take?

Returns are normally processed on the same day they arrive back with us. However, during busy periods they may take longer. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Your Order In-Store

You can return your order to our 8 Chiltern Street store in London. Just be sure to include your delivery note and returns form. Please note, we can perform like-for-like exchanges in-store subject to stock availability.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less the return postage charge if applicable. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our stock is limited. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise that you place a second order should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour. However, if you would like to exchange an item, you can do so on our returns portal.

Sale items (if applicable)

Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.
