SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Postage within the UK will be provided by DPD – a fully tracked next working day service. Postage to Europe and the Rest of the World will be with DPD Classic or DHL Express Worldwide, depending on your location. We charge a flat rate for every shipment, please see the table below for rates and services.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping in the UK on orders over £150 and to the Rest of the World on orders over £300. From time to time we will offer free worldwide shipping, please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer a FREE pick up in store option available at checkout. If the order is placed on a week day, it will usually be available on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend will be available on the next working day. We request that orders are picked up within and up to 5 working days. Orders that are not picked up after this time will be refunded in full. Please see our opening hours before making your collection. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect, it is advisable to wait for the email notification or to call before making your collection.

Please note our pick up in store option may be unavailable during periods of high volume.

WEEKEND DELIVERY

We offer a weekend delivery service for our UK customers using DPD Weekend Priority Service. If you require weekend delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, then your order will need to be placed before 3pm on Friday. Any order placed after this time will be shipped on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders received on a weekday and before 3pm on the same day, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Orders received over a weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the first following business day.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders will require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that due to new legislation, we are only able to ship fragrances to destinations served by DPD, please email for more info.

Russian Customers - Please be aware that due to Russian customs regulations, we are unable to ship orders via express courier. It is advisable to contact us before making your purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are based in the EU, you can return goods you are not fully happy with, provided they are in their original resalable condition and you have given us written notice within 14 working days of receipt.

Notice of your intention to return must be sent by email to info@trunkclothiers.com

You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, this is at your own cost. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of postage.

Returned orders should be sent along with a completed returns form to:

Once an item is returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange, credit note or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging, if applicable.

Refunds will be issued within 2 working days of us receiving your return. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

In the event that Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or you have received a faulty item, Trunk will provide return postage, when and where possible.

Please make sure to mark returned packages as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges. Trunk Clothiers is not responsible for paying any customs/import charges or taxes for returned orders, if in the event we are charged, the amount will be deducted from your refund or your refund may be held until the charge is cleared.
