Shipping methods and costs

Postage within the UK will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. Postage to Europe and the Rest of the World will be with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and delivery takes 1–6 working days, depending on your location. 

This a fully tracked and very fast service. You will receive a tracking number from DHL once we have shipped. We charge a flat, competitive rate depending on where you are – check the list below.

Important delivery information

We aim to dispatch all orders received on a weekday before 3pm on the same day, with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Orders received over a weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the first following weekday. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please note that due to new legislation, at this time we are unable to to ship fragrances outside of the United Kingdom.

Due to new regulations on shipments going to Russia you must provide both an email address and mobile telephone number when placing your order. Once we have shipped your order you will be contacted by a clearance broker on behalf of our courier who will begin the clearance process.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

If you are based in the EU, you can return any goods you are not fully happy with to us, provided they are in original resalable condition and you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to: Trunk Clothiers, 8 Chiltern Street, London W1U 7PU, or by email to info@trunkclothiers.com. Once an item is returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned along with a completed returns form to:

“Returned Items”, Trunk Clothiers, 8 Chiltern Street, London W1U 7PU.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. 

If you are based outside the EU you have the right to return an item provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt to info@trunkclothiers.com. For orders cancelled by customers outside the EU, we will issue you with a full refund excluding the shipping charge. You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost and no later than 14 days after giving written notice. Cancelled orders should be returned along with a completed returns form to: “Returned Items”, Trunk Clothiers, 8 Chiltern Street, London W1U 7PU. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. Please make sure to mark returned packages "Returned Items" to avoid customs charges. Trunk Clothiers is not responsible for paying any customs/import charges or taxes for returns. Your Return will also take longer to process.

Please note that exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply.

Items should be returned unused and with all Trunk and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Trunk Clothiers offers a free 'Pick up at the shop' delivery option. We reserve the right to withdraw this delivery option without notice. Please note that if 'Pick up at the shop' is selected, your order will be treated as delivered and received from the time we process the order and send the confirmation email. You will have 14 working days to collect your order. After 14 working days Trunk Clothiers will not offer a return for exchange or refund. If you do not intend to collect your order within 14 days, please do not select 'Pickup at the shop' as your delivery option.
