Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit https://account.trunkclothiers.com or contact us at online@trunkclothiers.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Returned Goods, Trunk Clothiers, 34 Chiltern Street, London, W1U 7QH, United Kingdom.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges
We provide a return shipping label for your convenience. Unless your item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, the applicable return charge shown below is deducted from your refund. Where Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or an item is faulty, return shipping is free and no charge is deducted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty, grooming and fragrance products, including underwear and socks for hygiene reasons). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We can exchange for a different size or colour subject to stock availability. To exchange an item, please email online@trunkclothiers.com so we can reserve the desired item, then follow the normal returns procedure. If you would like a completely different item, the fastest way is to return your original for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is being shipped into the European Union or wider EEA, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This window runs for 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the last item on your order.
To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day window via https://account.trunkclothiers.com or at online@trunkclothiers.com. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping: We provide a return shipping label. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, and the applicable return charge for your country is deducted from your refund, as set out below. Where Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or an item is faulty, return shipping is free.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us being informed of your decision to withdraw. This refund will include the standard outbound delivery cost you originally paid (where you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard service, we refund the standard amount only), less the applicable return charge shown above. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof of return, whichever is earliest.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including personalised or made-to-order items, sealed personal care, grooming and hygiene products (such as fragrance, underwear and socks) once unsealed, and gift cards.
Refunds (general)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
