SHOP MANAGER, TRUNK LONDON

Trunk is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to assist in the smooth operation of our original Chiltern Street shop. The Shop Manager is responsible for leading the shop in all aspects – driving sales, sell-thrus and profits, maximising margins, customer care, staff management, display, administration and inventory control. This position plays a key role in managing a high performing team that builds long term profitable relationships with our customers and is fundamental to the perception of the brand and the future growth of the company. Salary is dependant on experience.

  • Technically competent with good administrative and analytical skills

Sales Associate, Trunk London

We are looking for a full time member of staff to join our team on Chiltern Street where you will primarily be on the shop floor assisting customers and putting transactions through the till as well as making sure the shop is immaculate, folding and wrapping, unpacking and labelling deliveries and stock-taking. Salary is dependant on experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service
  • A cheerful, reliable and enthusiastic personality
  • Initiate, build and maintain relationships with clients
  • An interest in menswear, preferably with sales experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in alterations is preferable but not required
