How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you would like to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is submitted

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• Items must be in their original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

Fragrances, grooming goods and underwear are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

• Return shipping with Collect+ is free of charge
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received we will process your refund immediately
• A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, which may take up to 10 working days depending on your credit card provider
